- Application can be done online, see bottom below: “join now”. Also you have the possibility to download the application form and send it to the ESRS Office. The ESRS membership must be supported by one full member of the society. The name of the applicant shall be made public through publication in the ESRS newsletter. The members shall have the opportunity to object to admission within two months. After the expiration of this period, the applicants will become members unless objections have been raised, in which case the board of officers shall decide on admission or non-admission.
- Yearly fee: €82, to be made to the ESRS treasurer
- Fee is set by the general assembly of members at the business meeting for the respective group (regular members, student members and supporting members). The first ESRS membership fee is due after the announcement of the applicant in the ESRS Newsletter. The membership fees for the coming year shall be paid prior to December 1st of the current year. The members who join after October 30th shall be exempt from payment of the membership fee for the current year. Members who still have not paid their fees after a reminder letter from the treasurer is sent out shall be suspended until payment.
